Church Weekend Away: 20th - 22nd May 2011

Our church weekend away was a celebration of all the good things happening at St Peter’s.

It was held at the Pioneer Centre in the heart of the Shropshire Marches, at Cleobury Mortimer. The Pioneer Centre has plenty of experience in providing Christian holidays for all ages and our weekend visit was certainly an experience to be remembered.

A superb activity programme was put together by Bev, Anne Marie and Patrick, and those who wanted a more laid back time were able to relax with old and new friends. Everyone thought it was a great experience that should be repeated when the organisers have had sufficient time to recover (probably about 18 months they say!).

The programme for the weekend was packed with exciting things to do for all ages, and some of these are shown in these photographs taken by Seán.
