Sunday 10am

You are welcome at any or all of our services of course. You may be new to Prestbury, new to church in general, or seeking a church where you and your young family can feel at home and make friends, the 10 o'clock service is especially welcoming. Its where everyone, young and old, meets to worship together and socialise over coffee afterwards.

The 10 o'clock is our most popular service. It attracts a big congregation that seems to grow by the week. While the atmosphere is completely family-friendly, with supervised activities for all young age groups from tiny ones upwards, we offer something for anyone of any age who responds to the way in which an informal atmosphere is combined with deep commitment to word and sacrament. This is why some of our senior and longest standing congregation members will also be found taking part every Sunday.

We worship together with old familiar hymns, and also with modern worship songs normally led by our choirs or music group. You will hear sermons that have depth, and also informal addresses and interactive talks for the children some of which use games and puppetry.

10 o'clock at St Peter's is a time when you can feel part of a real family of God because that's what we aim to be!
